Phu
Do Nguyen
is the founding
senior
partner of the firm of Do Phu & Anh Tuan. Mr. Nguyen has devoted
most of his time trying jury cases since 1997. His experiences
in trial work involve both criminal defense and civil
litigation. Mr. Nguyen has tried cases extending from
misdemeanor to murder cases, as well as complex business
litigation. He was the lead counsel in VNI v. Microsoft, Adobe
vs. Softnet, Universal Pictures vs. Pham et. al., Stafford v.
Country Harvest Buffet and hundreds of other cases. Mr. Nguyen
is fluent in Vietnamese. As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Nguyen is knowledgeable in immigration issues that relate to non - citizen defendant.

Anh Nguyen

litigation. Mr. Nguyen has more than five years of experience as
the lead investigator for copyright infringements for Asia
Entertainment. Prior to joining the firm, Tuan Anh Nguyen worked
as a personal injury claim negotiator for more than six years.
Mr. Nguyen was an officer, First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army,
Armored Division. He and Mr. Phu Do Nguyen have graduated from
California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, attended the
same military school and received their commission as officers

Ms. Nguyen attended the University of the Pacific in
Stockton, California, where she obtained her B.A. degree in
Psychology and a minor degree in Business Administration. After
college, Ms. Nguyen continued her education and pursued a career
in Law. Ms. Nguyen attended the McGeorge School of Law in
Sacramento, California, where she obtained her Juris Doctor
degree in 2005.
At Do Phu & Anh Tuan, Ms. Nguyen handles primarily Personal
Injury and Civil Litigation.

Justin Sterling
is an associate for Do Phu & Anh Tuan, A Professional Law
Corporation and has been practicing law since 2007.
Mr. Sterling attended Seaver College at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California where he obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science in 2003. After completing his university studies, Mr. Sterling went on to continue his academic career at Western State University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2007, becoming a third-generation lawyer in his family. Mr. Sterling is also a youth pastor at his family church where he shepherds and leads children from kindergarten to high school, organizing activities and trips as well as preaching and teaching. An active servant of his community, Mr. Sterling also volunteers as a Judge for a diversionary Youth Court program in San Diego County.
With a background in technology, business, history and English, Mr. Sterling would be happy to advise you in a variety of areas including business disputes, intellectual property, personal injury, real property, and debt settlement. Mr. Sterling is also able to help you with issues unique to children, their needs and concerns.

Hoa Van Tran
has been of counsel with Do Phu & Anh Tuan, A Professional Law
Corporation since 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tran
worked for the Orange County (CA) Public Defender’s offices for
over ten years as an Investigate Assistant. At Do Phu & Anh
Tuan, Mr. Tran primarily handles Immigration and Deportation in Immigration and Federal Courts. In addition, Mr.
Tran has represented clients who have had issues with their
clearance from the U.S. Department of Defense.
